Mitas Riders success at the Czech Enduro Championship
The first Czech Enduro Championship race in 2004 was held in the north czech city of Smrzovce from the 1-2 May 2004. The Gotwald brothers represented Mitas.
The first enduro saw the introduction of Czech championship team new ranking methods, based on which all races will be ranked. The organizers prepared a difficult track as was expected, which was selected by the so-called fast time.
The short motocross test was a long layout for enduro test that was very fast and almost dangerous. Two positions had to be completed on Sunday because the track was difficult to ride.
The Gotwald brothers both won in their categories (Martin in 125ccm and Zdenek in 450ccm 4t) on Saturday and Sunday ride. Brothers
with L. Holub represented the team in the team competition and finished in the first position on Saturday and in the second position on Sunday.
